My career started in Advertising. I enjoyed traditional media – selling air time, working as a presenter, news reader as well as crafting super creative radio snippets for clients. One such campaign that got approved, purely for the content I wrote was for a new product launch for Durex. They are pinned below.
I've launched products, services and software. Managed digital and outdoor channels for brand visibility. Unilever Valentine’s day launches for Close up, Hand wash for global hand wash day, New orange fragrance hand wash for Rekitts and Benkiser, launch and media briefing for Botch in Colombo etc.
During the pandemic, product launches were mostly remote with a combination of global webinars and product trials. New feature releases consisting of pre-launch, launch and post-launch with content that published on relevant channels such as You Tube, social or Podcasts.
